If your watch/band was unable to display your workout status after you started a workout in the Huawei Health app, perform the following:
- Ensure that your phone has been connected to your watch/band.
Before using the workout syncing feature, ensure that your watch/band has been paired and connected with your phone, and data has been refreshed and synced on the Health screen of the Huawei Health app.
- Ensure that your watch/band and the Huawei Health app have been updated to their latest versions.
- Update the Huawei Health app to the latest version.
- Update your watch/band to the latest version.
