Workout syncing between my watch/band and the Huawei Health app does not work

If your watch/band was unable to display your workout status after you started a workout in the Huawei Health app, perform the following:

  1. Ensure that your phone has been connected to your watch/band.

    Before using the workout syncing feature, ensure that your watch/band has been paired and connected with your phone, and data has been refreshed and synced on the Health screen of the Huawei Health app.

  2. Ensure that your watch/band and the Huawei Health app have been updated to their latest versions.
