HUAWEI AI Life App Fails to Control Smart Home Devices

Perform the following operations to troubleshoot:

1. Make sure that your phone/tablet can access the Internet.
2. If the device is connected to the network via a wireless network or ZigBee (for example, door and window sensors, human body sensors, and temperature and humidity sensors), perform the following operations:

   • Check whether the device is properly connected to a power source.

   • Check whether the router has a normal connection to the network.

   • Power off and restart the device.

3. If the device is connected to the network via Bluetooth, perform the following operations:

   • Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/tablet.

   • Make sure that the distance between the device and the phone/tablet is less than 10 meters.

   • Check whether the device is properly connected to a power source.

   • Make sure that the device is not being used by someone else.

After confirming all of the above, open the HUAWEI AI Life app, and try managing the device.
