I don't receive a reminder when Activity reminder has been enabled
- If Do Not Disturb is on, your device will not vibrate to remind you to stand and move around.
Go to Do not disturb or Schedule. If you're using a HUAWEI WATCH 3/WATCH 4 Series device, swipe down from the home screen to display status bar and disable Do Not Disturb.

- The default time period for Activity reminder to work: 08:00–12:00 and 14:30–21:00
- The default time period for Stand (from Activity rings) data to be collected: 07:00–22:00
- If the issue persists, restart your watch/band and try again.
I receive an activity reminder during sleep
This may usually occur shortly after you go to bed, when your wearable device has not detected that you are asleep. As a result, it determines that you have been inactive, and vibrates and sends an activity reminder at the 60-minute threshold.
I receive an activity reminder when I stop while walking
This may usually occur when you have only been walking for a short while or taken very few steps. As a result, your wearable device determines that you have been inactive, and vibrates and sends an activity reminder at the 60-minute threshold.
