Cause 1:

If you have replaced the SIM card of your phone, a prompt indicating that you need to change the phone number associated with your HUAWEI ID is displayed.

Solution:

1. It is recommended that you change the associated phone number to avoid failing to receive verification codes.
2. If you do not want to change the associated phone number, you can log out of the HUAWEI ID from your phone, and log in to other phone or computer with the HUAWEI ID to delete the phone from trusted devices. Then you can log in to the phone with the HUAWEI ID again.

Cause 2:

Your HUAWEI ID has security risks.

Solution:

You can complete your HUAWEI ID information, such as your real name, security phone number/email, and the prompt will disappear after making sure the HUAWEI ID is safe.
