When you log in to your account from a new device or website, you are required to enter your password and a six-digit verification code to verify your identity. You can obtain the security verification code from a trusted device or from an SMS message or email.

1. Use the security verification code displayed on a trusted device

If you have set a trusted device and it runs the latest version (to view the version, go to Account center > Settings > Check for updates), the security verification code will be automatically displayed on the trusted device.

1. Log in to your account from the new device or website.

2. Check for the login notification on the trusted device.

3. Touch Allow. You will then receive a security verification code.

4. Enter the security verification code on the new device or website to complete the login.

2. Use the security verification code sent by SMS message or email

Log in to your account from the new device or website. If no trusted device is available, you can choose to send the security verification code to a security phone number or email address.

1. Touch Did not receive verification code? on the account login screen.

2. Select Security phone number or Security email for sending the security verification code.

3. You will then receive an SMS message or email.

4. Enter the security verification code on the new device or website to complete the login.
