Unable to obtain my achievement medal in the Huawei Health app |
If achievement medals cannot be obtained in the Huawei Health app, perform operations based on the following scenarios.
I can't obtain my achievement medal after I walk 10,000 steps every day for a specified number of days
To obtain an achievement medal, you need to walk 10,000 steps every day for 7/21/100 days continuously without a break between those days. Ensure that you have met the aforementioned requirements.
Currently, the Huawei Health app does not support viewing the progress of achievement medals that are being obtained. To check whether your step count meets the requirement of 10,000 steps per day, go to the step count details screen and touch the arrow on the left of the dates.
I can't obtain my achievement medal after I walk every day for a specified number of weeks
To obtain an achievement medal, you need to start a walk workout every week (started through the app/band/watch, or hike) for 4/12/24/52 weeks continuously without a break between those weeks. Ensure that you have met the aforementioned requirements.
Open the Huawei Health app, touch the workout record card, and check whether walk records have been generated every week.
I can't obtain my colorful life (activity/festival) medal
To obtain a colorful life medal, you need to complete a specified workout within a specified time period.
- I can't obtain my activity medal
- Sign up for an activity and then complete a specified running/walking workout to obtain a medal. If you sign up after completing the workout, you won't obtain a medal.
- Before joining the activity, go to Me > Privacy management > Data syncing management in Huawei Health and enable data uploads to the cloud. After the activity ends, go to Me > Settings, manually sync data, and then check whether you have obtained the medal.
- I can't obtain my festival medal
- To obtain the Mother's Day medal, go to the Sports screen in Huawei Health, select Walk, and touch the button to complete the workout after you walk for 1 km. If you don't start a walk on your app and just walk with your phone, you won't obtain the medal.
- You can only obtain a festival medal after you complete a specified running/walking workout on a specified festival.
I can't obtain my fitness medal
- To obtain a fitness medal, you need to participate in fitness courses in the Huawei Health app for 2/3/5/7/10/14/21/50/100 days continuously without a break between those days. Ensure that you have met the aforementioned requirements.
- Open the Sports screen in the Huawei Health app, touch Workouts at the top of the screen, and download the course you want to take. The app will regard that you have participated in the fitness course for one day after you have completed a course at least once per day.
- The app has been awarding fitness medals since March 5, 2018. You can only obtain fitness medals if you have been participating in the fitness courses in Huawei Health since March 5.
- Open Huawei Health, touch Exercise records > All > Fitness course on the home screen, and view the fitness courses you have completed.
I can't obtain my cumulative running medal
To obtain a cumulative running medal, you need to have started a run in the Huawei Health app after April 29, 2018 and the app needs to have been recording your running data (not cycling/walking data). Check whether you have met the aforementioned requirements by going to Me > My achievements in the Huawei Health app.
- The following running types are taken into consideration in the calculation of scores and achievements:
- Outdoor running started on your phone
- Indoor running started on your phone
- Outdoor running started on your wearable device
- Indoor running started on your wearable device
- Running data collected from treadmills (not started in the Huawei Health app) and then transferred to the Huawei Health app via NFC or Bluetooth before December 2020 will not be used for the calculation of scores and achievements.
- Running data automatically identified by wearable devices before December 2020 will not be used for the calculation of obtaining running medals.
I can't obtain my challenge achievement medal after I run 5 km/10 km
- To obtain a challenge achievement medal, you need to run 5 km/10 km without a break during a running workout.
- There is an extremely low probability that running data fails to be synced from your wearable device to the Huawei Health app, resulting in you being unable to obtain achievement medals. It is recommended that you directly start a running workout in the app.
- If you are using an iOS phone, the Huawei Health app currently does not take indoor running data into consideration for obtaining such achievement medals and only uses outdoor running data instead.
I can't obtain my swimming medal
- Only swimming data collected on March 23, 2021 and later can be taken into consideration for obtaining swimming medals.
- The Huawei Health app itself does not support recording swimming data. You need to purchase a wearable device that can be connected to the Huawei Health app and can record swimming data and sync your swimming data from the wearable device to the app to obtain swimming medals.
- Open the Huawei Health app, go to Me > Privacy management > Data syncing management, and enable Sync fitness data to cloud and Sync health data to cloud to sync data to HUAWEI CLOUD. This is because the conditions for obtaining all medals are determined over HUAWEI CLOUD. In addition, you are advised to use the app more frequently and go to Me > Settings to enable Auto-sync data to ensure that data can be synced in a timely manner.
- Abnormal workout data (indicated with the "i" icon on the workout record screen) will not be included in any workout statistics for your score report or medal achievement calculations. Check whether there is abnormal workout data in your historical records and whether you have met the requirements for obtaining a medal. If the data is abnormal, refer to The Huawei Health app prompts me that key data is not included or data is abnormal.
- Manually added workout data will not be included in workout statistics for your score report or medal achievement calculations. Check your workout history to see whether you have manually added workout data. Then check whether you have met the requirement for obtaining a medal.
- You may not obtain a medal immediately after you have met the requirements. It will take some time for the app to sync and calculate data. After you complete a specified target as required, try syncing data manually and wait 24 hours.
- Records marked as duplicate routes will not be taken into consideration when calculating achievement medals. You are advised to open the Huawei Health app, go to Me > Settings, and disable Auto-track.
