The surface (including the logo area) of the earphones/charging case/compartments will show general wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or staining after prolonged use. To minimize wear and tear, it is recommended that you clean them regularly, and keep the earphones/charging case/compartments away from any sharp or hard objects. You can purchase a protective cover for the charging case.
