Only HUAWEI phones and tablets (excluding HUAWEI MediaPad M5) sold in the Chinese mainland and India support the call recording feature.
Even if your HUAWEI phone or tablet supports the call recording feature, you cannot record calls in PrivateSpace, Sub-user, or Visitor mode. Please return to MainSpace to record a call or use the call recording feature as the owner (primary user).
