Problem:

The phone/tablet won't be forcibly restarted by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.

Solution:

You need to press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 10 seconds to forcibly restart your phone/tablet. This is to prevent your device from being forcibly restarted due to mistouch.

Pressing and holding the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 10 seconds to forcibly restart the device is applicable to EMUI 11.0 and later versions.
