Problem
When connecting the earphones to a phone and PC, and the phone is playing music, the music pauses automatically or plays in speaker mode, and then resumes after a few seconds.
Cause
The prompt tone of some PC models is played from the call audio channel. Currently, if dual-device connection has been established, the call audio will be prioritized over the media audio, resulting in the music being paused on the phone and automatically resumed after the prompt tone has been played.
Solution
This is a compatibility issue with your PC. Ensure your earphones are connected to your phone or PC only.
