Fitness and running courses

The Fitness courses feature is only available on certain device models. If this option cannot be found on the device screen, it indicates feature unavailability.

Your device comes with a variety of running courses that can guide you and record your workouts, helping you to stay more active each day.

  1. Enter the app list on your device, and tap Workout and then Courses and plans.
  2. Swipe up or down on the screen, and select Fitness courses or Running courses.
  3. Choose a course and follow the onscreen instructions to start the workout.

Custom running courses

To use this feature, make sure that your device is paired with the Huawei Health app.

  1. Go to Huawei Health > Exercise > Outdoor run > Recommended courses > All courses.
  2. In the course list, tap Custom > New. You can then choose Add round and Add movement to set a specific course, and tap in the upper right corner to complete the settings.
  3. On the custom running course details screen, you can:
    • Tap START below to start the workout in the Huawei Health app.
    • Tap in the upper right corner to display a menu. Select Edit course to edit the course, Copy course to copy the course, or Delete course > OK to delete the course.
    • Tap the device icon in the upper right corner to sync the custom course to your device. Select the corresponding course on the device, and start it by following onscreen instructions.

      Syncing custom courses to your wearable is only available for certain products. If your device doesn't support the feature, you'll be prompted accordingly.
