My HUAWEI earbuds or charging case is prone to fingerprint marks or dirt

These devices are designed with a glossy surface for a refined look and feel, resulting in fingerprints or dust on the housing becoming visible in strong lighting conditions. It is recommended that you use a soft cloth to clean the device.

 
  • The FreeClip 2 Blue and White editions have a textured design on their charging cases. Over time, dirt can accumulate in the texture grooves. To clean them, gently brush with a soft toothbrush dipped in water, then wipe dry with a soft cloth. For better protection, it is recommended that you place the case in a velvet bag.
  • The glass logo sheet on the charging case for FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeBuds Pro 3 is glossy, making it prone to fingerprint marks. Wipe the sheet gently with a soft cloth to remove any marks.
  • The charging case for FreeBuds SE 3/FreeBuds Lipstick has a metallic surface, which is prone to fingerprint marks. It is recommended that you place the case in a velvet bag to avoid this.
