If the jump roping count (number of jumps, trips, current streak, and longest streak) on the watch/band is inaccurate, troubleshoot as follows:

 

• Currently, jump roping is only supported when a rope is used.

• The count on your watch/band differs from that recorded by your rope: Your rope counts trips and any rope swings into the number of jumps. However, your watch/band counts the number of jumps and trips separately, which is a more accurate method.
• The count on your watch/band differs from your own count: Counting while working out may lead to inaccuracy. You can take a video recording of your workout, and play it slowly after you're down to check the count.

1. Your watch/band was worn too loosely and even moved on your wrist, or your wrist didn't move very much during the workout. It is recommended that you wear your watch/band correctly and increase the wrist shake amplitude to obtain a more accurate jump roping count.
2. Your jump roping was slow or halted multiple times, or your jump rope form was irregular (such as a fancy rope jumping motion or double-under), which may result in inaccurate count. Try to use a standard jump rope form, maintain a relatively stable speed, and jump rope continuously. (At least 80 jumps per minute are recommended).
