To extend the battery lifespan and reduce the number of charging and discharging times, the Mobile WiFi will not be charged anymore after being fully charged. It will be charged again when the battery level decreases to 95%.
The battery level of the Mobile WiFi may not be 100% because powering on the Mobile WiFi also consumes power.
