Problem
Nothing is displayed when a USB-C port on the monitor is connected to a device such as a computer, tablet, or phone through a thunderbolt cable. (This issue only occurs when the monitor comes with speakers.)
Cause
The USB-C port on this monitor does not support the thunderbolt protocol, so the device connected to the monitor using a thunderbolt cable may not work.
Solution
Use the standard USB-C cable that comes with the monitor to connect the monitor to a device such as a computer for projection.
