Unable to discover the target monitor to perform DLNA projection during video playback using an app on a phone

Problem

When the user plays a video on a phone's app and wants to perform DLNA projection, the target monitor cannot be discovered.

Cause

1. The phone and monitor are not in the same LAN.

Solution

1. Make sure that the phone and monitor are in the same LAN.
2. Check whether the network environment is normal and whether the Wi-Fi status of the phone is normal (such as whether it is of a good or poor quality, or whether there is an Internet access failure). You are advised to connect your phone and monitor to another LAN with a good network quality and then project the phone's screen again.
