Unable to sync HUAWEI ID to my watch

The watch is not connected to your phone

Ensure that the watch is connected to your phone when syncing the HUAWEI ID.

HMS Core is not installed on your phone or the HMS Core version is too early

Follow the onscreen instructions to download HMS Core or update HMS Core to the latest version.

The phone has a poor network signal

Ensure that the network is stable when syncing the HUAWEI ID. If the network signal is poor, move to a different network environment or connect the watch to a WLAN and then try again.

Still fall to sync after SMS verification

Please log out and log in HUAWEI account on HUAWEI Health, and try again.

 
  • If the syncing of the HUAWEI ID fails, go to Setup > Account on the watch to manually sync it again.
  • iOS phones do not support syncing a HUAWEI ID.
