Sounds & vibration on your HUAWEI watch/band

Setting the ring volume

  1. Enter the device app list and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration > Ring volume.
  2. Swipe up or down to adjust the ring volume.

The HUAWEI WATCH Buds do not have speakers, and sound is played from the earbuds.

The HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series does not support this setting in Ultra-long Battery Life mode.

Setting the ringtone

This setting is only available on the HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series and HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series.

  1. Press the Up button to enter the app list, and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration > Ringtone.
  2. Swipe up or down to select a ringtone.

    Ringtones can't be customized.

Muting and unmuting

  1. Enter the device app list and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration.
  2. Enable or disable Mute.

    When the Mute switch is toggled on, ringtones will be muted, but your device will still vibrate to notify you.

Setting the vibration mode

This setting is only available on certain models.

For HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series devices:
  1. Press the Up button to enter the app list, and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration.
  2. Vibrate for calls and Vibrate when muted are enabled by default. Toggle either or both off if you want.
For HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series devices
  1. Press the Up button to enter the app list, and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration > Vibration.
  2. Select your desired vibration strength.

Crown haptics

This feature is only available on certain watch models, such as the HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series, HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series, HUAWEI WATCH GT 3 Series, HUAWEI WATCH GT 4 Series, HUAWEI WATCH GT Cyber Series, and HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate Series.

  1. Press the Up button to enter the app list, and go to Settings > Sounds & vibration.
  2. Enable Crown haptics, and you will feel the haptic feedback at each turn of the watch crown. You can also disable the feature to suit your needs
