Images load slowly when they are sorted by time in the image directory |
Problem
During Multi-Screen Collaboration between a computer and a phone, the loading speed of images becomes slow when they are sorted by time in a directory with a lot of images.
Cause
Windows identifies a directory with a lot of images as a folder with image properties. If the files in this directory are sorted by time, Windows will read all files in this directory from the phone to the computer. If the directory contains a large number of files with a large amount of data, the loading time will take significantly longer. If the files are not sorted by time, the system will only read the required files, so the data transmission will not be carried out on such a large scale, and the loading speed will be faster.
Solution
- Set the directory property as General items.
- Don't sort the files in the category by time.
