SuperCharge does not work when I use a 5 V/4.5 A or 4.5 V/5 A charger to charge my tablet

Problem

When the user uses a 5 V/4.5 A or 4.5 V/5 A SuperCharger to charge the tablet, the SuperCharge icon is not displayed and only a lightning icon is displayed.

Cause

SuperCharge is not available when you use a 5 V/4.5 A or 4.5 V/5 A charger to charge your tablet. You can use such a charger for normal charging.

Solution

1. If SuperCharge does not work, it is recommended that you use the charger that comes with your tablet for charging.
2. If the issue persists, restart your tablet and try again.
3. If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
