Unable to use the IPv6 service

If you cannot use IPv6 services on a phone, computer, or other devices, perform the following steps:

  1. Set the correct IPv4 & IPv6, or IPv6 dial-up APN. For details about the APN, contact the carrier.
  2. Enable the IPv6 protocol on the computer or mobile phone to obtain an IPv6 address.
