Problem
The mouse has not been connected to any device after delivery, uses Bluetooth mode, and powers off due to a low battery level. After the user connects the mouse to a computer through a USB cable, the quick pairing prompt is displayed.
Cause
This issue occurs when the following three conditions are met:
- You do not change the factory settings of the mouse and have not paired the mouse with any device.
- The Bluetooth switch at the bottom of the mouse is turned on.
- The mouse powers off due to a low battery level.
When the conditions above are met, connect the mouse to a computer using a USB cable. The computer will give priority to charging the mouse. After the mouse is charged and before the computer identifies that the mouse is a USB device, it will give priority to using the mouse status before the mouse powers off due to a low battery level, which is pairing mode after delivery.
Solution
Pair the mouse with a computer.
