Try the following:
Access PrivateSpace with your fingerprint
- If you haven't used the password to access PrivateSpace on your device for at least 72 hours, you can only unlock it using the password, instead of your fingerprint. Reset the password or delete PrivateSpace by referring to the following.
- If your phone does not support fingerprint unlock, refer to the next section.
If you linked your fingerprint to PrivateSpace, use your fingerprint to unlock it, copy the data using the space clone feature, delete PrivateSpace, and create a new one.
Reset password for PrivateSpace
If you have set up password protection for the PrivateSpace by going to Settings > Privacy > PrivateSpace > Password protection, you can access the MainSpace or restart your device and enter the MainSpace password, go to Settings > Privacy > PrivateSpace, tap the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, and tap Reset password.
- If you have not set up password protection, only the option to delete PrivateSpace is available after you tap the four-dot icon in the upper right corner.
- If PrivateSpace is not available in Settings, the entry to PrivateSpace may be hidden. Please refer to this link for more information.

Delete PrivateSpace
If you have not set password protection for the PrivateSpace or you have not enrolled a fingerprint for the space when you created it:
You'll need to enter the password of the MainSpace (after restarting the device) to access the MainSpace, then delete the PrivateSpace. Deleting the PrivateSpace will delete all data in the PrivateSpace. Exercise caution when performing this operation. It is recommended that you check with close friends and family to see if they might have set the password while you didn't have your phone/tablet with you.
The procedure is as follows:
Go to Settings > PrivateSpace >
> Delete PrivateSpace > Delete.
Enter the lock screen password of the MainSpace to delete PrivateSpace (not the password of the PrivateSpace), and then create PrivateSpace again.
If PrivateSpace is not available in Settings, the entry to PrivateSpace may be hidden. Please refer to this link for more information.
