There is a slight noise or no high frequency when some music is played at a high volume on the HUAWEI MateView GT

Problem

When playing music at a high volume, the HUAWEI MateView GT has a slight noise or there is no high frequency.

Cause

The sound effect of the monitor is not set to Music mode. In this case, playing music at a high volume will result in noise or missing high frequency.

Solution

Press the five-way joystick upward to open the OSD menu, go to System settings > Sound mode, and select a mode as needed. For example, you are advised to select Standard or Music mode when playing music.
