Error code C1 is displayed when a HUAWEI laser printer is working properly

Problem

Error code C1 is displayed when the printer is working.

Cause

  • The upper cover, front cover, or rear cover is not properly closed.
  • The printer sensor is faulty.

Solution

  1. Check whether the upper cover, front cover, and rear cover of the printer are properly closed. If not, close them and check whether the problem is solved.
    • If the upper cover is not properly closed, press the button on the upper cover to open the cover, and then close it again.

      Press the scanner dock to close the upper cover.

    • If the front cover is not properly closed, open the front cover and close it again.

    • If the rear cover is not properly closed, open the rear cover and close it again.

  2. If the issue persists after you close the upper cover, front cover, and rear cover of the printer, restart the printer.
