Always On Display (AOD) keeps your device screen on in a low-power state, so that you can always view the time and date without lifting a finger. When AOD is enabled, you can select to display the watch face or AOD when you raise your wrist.
Enabling AOD will reduce the battery life.
- Open the app list, go to or , and enable Always On Display. After AOD is enabled, the AOD style for the watch face will be displayed when the screen is off. If there is no AOD style, the default style will be automatically displayed.
- For HUAWEI WATCH 5 Series: Open the app list, and go to .
- Certain devices support manual settings of AOD style. For these devices: Open the app list, go to , and select your preferred style. If there is no AOD style option, it indicates that your device does not support this feature.
- Select Raise to show AOD or Raise to show watch face depending on your preference.
