Enabling or disabling the touchpad
  1. Press Win + I to open the Settings screen and then select Bluetooth & devices.

  2. Select Touchpad and turn on or off the switch.

     
    • If you have disabled the touchpad, you can press Win + I to open the Settings screen, press the Tab key, the arrow keys, and the Enter key to go to Device > Touchpad, press the Tab key to select the touchpad switch, and press the space bar to enable the touchpad.
    • You can also deselect Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected for the computer to automatically disable the touchpad when a mouse is connected.
