Unable to find an app in AppGallery

The possible causes for being unable to find an app in AppGallery are as follows:

1. If an app was previously available but is now unavailable in AppGallery, it is probably because the app has been removed due to its abnormality or because its developers no longer allow the app to be released in AppGallery.

2. The app developers have not yet authorized AppGallery to release the app in your location. It is recommended that you go to Me > Wish list to add the app to your wish list. We will also communicate with the app developers on adding the app to AppGallery's offerings.

3. The EMUI version of your phone is too early to work with the app. It is recommended that you update your phone and try again.

4. To comply with the laws and regulations of your region, the app is not available in your current service region.

Huawei is working with global app developers to continuously enrich AppGallery's app offerings for a better user experience. It is also recommended that you contact the app developers, drawing their attention to the importance of the app to Huawei phone users. This may help speed up the release of the app in AppGallery.
