Audio playback rules for my HUAWEI Eyewear series under Multi-Screen Collaboration

Phone + tablet

Eyewear is being worn: Audio plays from the eyewear.

Eyewear is not being worn: For calls made or answered in the Multi-Screen Collaboration window, audio plays from the tablet. For calls made or answered on the phone, audio plays from the phone.

Eyewear is being worn: Audio plays from the eyewear.

Eyewear is not being worn: Audio plays from the tablet.

Audio switching:

On your tablet/phone: Swipe down from the notification panel, touch the card which shows the connection between this device and eyewear, touch Notifications, and switch the audio and video to your phone/tablet.

Update the Multi-Screen Collaboration app on your tablet to 10.1.0.325 or later, and update your phone and tablet to their latest versions.

Phone + PC

Eyewear is being worn: Audio plays from the eyewear.

Eyewear is not being worn: Audio plays from the PC.

On your phone: Swipe down from the notification panel, touch the card which shows the connection between this device and eyewear, touch Notifications, and switch the audio and video to your phone/tablet.

When audio is switched to the phone, the audio will play from the phone whenever the eyewear is not being worn. When the eyewear is being worn, the audio will automatically switch to the eyewear. When you take off the eyewear, the audio will automatically switch back to the phone.

When audio is switched to the PC, the audio will play from the PC whenever the eyewear is not being worn. When the eyewear is being worn, the audio will automatically switch to the eyewear. When you take off the eyewear, the audio will automatically switch back to the PC.

If you are using a HUAWEI laptop, remember to update PC Manager to version 10.1.2.33 or later.
