First refer to The Find Glasses feature of my HUAWEI Eyewear. If you're still unable find your glasses in the Find Device list, troubleshoot as follows:
If you cannot find the glasses in the Find Device list on your phone/tablet, perform the following to troubleshoot:
Check the phone/tablet system
Check the system of your phone/tablet. This feature is only supported on phones/tablets running EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later.
Log in to your HUAWEI ID and enable the Find Device feature
Before using this feature, log in to your HUAWEI ID and enable Find Device. The location of the glasses will be displayed once they have been connected to your phone/tablet via Bluetooth.
If your phone/tablet is already connected to the glasses before Find Device has been enabled, disable the feature, reconnect your phone/tablet to the glasses, and then re-enable the feature.
Restore the glasses to their factory settings
If the issue persists, restore the glasses to their factory settings and try again. To restore the glasses to their factory settings, refer to Restoring HUAWEI Eyewear to its factory settings.
