HUAWEI Eyewear is not displayed in Super Device on my phone

If the glasses are not displayed in Super Device, perform the following steps.

Check the phone's system version

Check the phone's system version. For details, see the version requirements in Super Device collaboration with HUAWEI Eyewear.

Check the HUAWEI ID, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi status

Ensure that you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID and enabled Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone.

Check the connection of the glasses

Check whether the glasses have been paired with your phone. If not, pair the glasses with your phone first.

Check the version of AudioAccessoryManager

On your phone, go to Settings > Apps & services > Apps, touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, select Show system processes, search for AudioAccessoryManager, and access AudioAccessoryManager. Ensure that the AudioAccessoryManager version is 11.1.0.180 or later.
