Steps

• Earbud detection and audio switching:

  The phone's Super Device feature will automatically detect and display previously-paired earbuds when the earbuds charging case is opened. You can also manually turn on the earbuds icon to switch the audio channel to the earbuds. When the earbuds icon is turned off, the sound will play through the phone's speaker.

  

• HUAWEI Vision/PC/Tablet-earbuds collaboration for audio and video:
  • The earbuds are connected to your phone and you are wearing them: When you are watching a video on your phone, set to project your phone screen to a Vision/PC/tablet in Super Device, and the corresponding device icon will turn on at the same time. The sound will continue to play through the earbuds. In this case, you do not need to pair the earbuds with the Vision/PC/tablet.
  • The earbuds are connected to your phone but you are not wearing them:
    1. Projecting a phone video to the Vision: Turn on the earbuds icon and then put on the earbuds. The sound from the video will automatically switch to the earbuds.
    2. Projecting a phone video to the PC/tablet: When you put on the earbuds, the sound from the video will automatically switch to the earbuds.
     

    • Only devices that have been paired with and connected to your phone will display in Super Device.
    • Manually turning off the earbuds icon or Multi-Screen Collaboration device icon will disable collaboration between the phone, connected device, and earbuds, and the sound will be switched to the connected device or phone speaker.
    • The earbuds icon in Super Device is not available during calls (including carrier calls, MeeTime calls, and calls in other social apps), during Cast+ projection on the Vision, or when the phone speaker option was selected for an app.
