Solution
- If you have previously connected your wearable device to another phone, remove the wearable from the Huawei Health app and that phone's Bluetooth list first, or disable Bluetooth on that phone, and then proceed to connect the wearable to your new phone.
- After disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth on your phone, restore your phone's network settings (which will restore your phone's Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings, without deleting or modifying other data), and restart your phone.
- Restore your wearable device to its factory settings. (Back up your important data before doing this. For more details, see Preventing data loss on the wearable.)
- Use another phone to pair the two devices. Check whether the pairing failure is caused by the phone.
- If the issue persists, please contact the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
