Q: What is the difference between Wi-Fi network password and Router login password?

A: Wi-Fi name will be the one to appear on your device when you are searching for Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi password will be used to connect to this Wi-Fi network. Router login password will be used to enter router setting page to change Wi-Fi settings, set up guest Wi-Fi, and use other features.

Q: How can I manage my router settings?

A: You can download and install HUAWEI AI Life app on your mobile device to manage your router settings. The latest version of HUAWEI AI Life app can be downloaded on HUAWEI Canada website: https://consumer.huawei.com/ca/mobileservices/ai-life/.

You can scan the QR code to download and install. It is compatible with both iOS and Android system.

Q: How do I add AX2 in HUAWEI AI Life app?

A: Open HUAWEI AI Life, click “+” on top-right corner to search for AX2. Or, you can choose to add it manually. If you choose to add manually, you will find AX2 under Home Routers category. Click it to add to your home page.
