If you cannot find service widgets in your Bluetooth settings or in the AI Life app, perform the following:

1. Service widgets are only supported on the following models: FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeBuds 6i/FreeClip/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds 5/FreeBuds Pro 2/FreeBuds Pro/FreeBuds 5i/FreeBuds 4E/FreeBuds Studio/FreeBuds 4/FreeBuds Lipstick. Other models do not support this feature. Stay tuned for official updates.
2. Update your HUAWEI phone/tablet to HarmonyOS 2.0 or later.
   • If your phone/tablet has been updated to HarmonyOS 4.0, perform the following steps to add the service widget to your home screen: Update Audio Accessory Manager to 13.0.0.160 or later. Then, return to the home screen, pinch the center of the screen with two fingers, and select a service widget. Finally, search for Audio Accessory Manager and add the service widget to the home screen.

     

3. Update Audio Accessory Manager and the AI Life app to their latest versions.

4. If the issue persists, uninstall Audio Accessory Manager and restart your phone. Download Audio Accessory Manager from AppGallery, and update it to the latest version.
5. Audio service widgets display only the devices connected to the earbuds.
   

   Audio service widgets are not supported on the following device models:

   • HUAWEI mobile phones: HUAWEI P10, HUAWEI P10 Plus, HUAWEI Mate 9, HUAWEI Mate 9 Pro, PORSCHE DESIGN HUAWEI Mate 9, HUAWEI nova 2s, HUAWEI nova 3, HUAWEI nova 3i, and HUAWEI Y9 2019
   • HUAWEI tablets: HUAWEI MediaPad M5 10-inch, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 Pro 10-inch, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 8-inch, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite 8-inch, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite 10-inch, and HUAWEI MediaPad
   • HONOR phones/tablets: HONOR 9, HONOR V9, HONOR Play, HONOR Note 10, HONOR Pad 5 8-inch, and HONOR Pad 5 10.1-inch
