Make sure that the microphone is not blocked and try enabling voice enhancement (by touching the icon in the upper right corner of the screen after starting recording)

Check whether the microphone hole is blocked by foreign objects or the phone protective case. If so, remove the case and clean the microphone hole.

Keep a distance of more than 5 cm during recording

It is recommended that you keep a distance of at least 5 cm from the microphone when recording. Getting too close can easily lead to the "pop" sound and noise in the recording. (A distance of 5 cm to 2 m is recommended in a quiet environment.)

Restart the device or use other recording app to try again
