The HUAWEI computer screen shows that Bluetooth is turned off, even after my computer is connected to a Bluetooth device

Problem

1. After multiple external Bluetooth devices are connected to the computer, it takes a long time for Bluetooth to be turned on or off on the computer.
2. When Bluetooth has been enabled for a while, Bluetooth is turned off appears (for 10 seconds), and then Paired appears.

Cause

This is due to the Microsoft capability, which allows up to seven Bluetooth devices to be connected to the computer. A longer loading time is required when more devices are connected.

Solution

1. Delete Bluetooth devices that are not frequently used: Click the Windows Start icon () and go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & devices. Find and click the Bluetooth device, choose Remove device in the lower right corner, and select Yes.
