For security purposes, the earphones will automatically disable head tracking when you have been detected to be running or walking, and only resume after you're done running or walking. Please stay tuned for system updates and update your device at your earliest convenience.

Perform the following to troubleshoot:

1. Make sure that the earphones' firmware is updated to the latest version.
2. If you feel that head tracking is delayed or insensitive, keep your head still for at least 6 seconds, or disable and then enable Spatial Audio. If the issue persists, remove the earphones and place them on a desktop for 20 seconds to recalibrate the gyroscope, and then try again.
3. If the head tracking effects are still not noticeable when you are rest, try restoring the earphones to their factory settings.
