Problem

• On an iPhone running a version earlier than iOS 13, the HUAWEI Health app can be found in the App Store, but the following messages display:
  1. This app requires iOS xxx or later.
  2. Download an older version of this app? The current version requires iOS xxx or later, but you can download the previous compatible version.
• The HUAWEI Health app has been installed on an iPhone running iOS 12 or earlier and can be used as normal, but cannot be updated.

Solution

1. Update your phone to iOS 13 or later, and then download and install the HUAWEI Health app.
2. If you do not want to update your phone's system version, you can download an earlier and compatible version (if available) of the HUAWEI Health app. (The latest version of the HUAWEI Health app provides a better experience.)
