• Parent/Legal guardian: Download the latest version of HUAWEI FamCare on your phone. If you already have the app, update it to its latest version.
  • If you're using a HUAWEI phone: Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in HUAWEI AppGallery and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.
  • If you're using an Android phone:

    Scan the QR code on the product box or the initial startup screen of the kids' watch.

    Choose to download via browser or via AppGallery, and follow the onscreen instructions.

  • If you're using an iPhone: Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in App Store and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.

Method 1: Via invitation by the main admin

1. Main admin: Open HUAWEI FamCare, go to Devices > Admins > New admin, specify the relationship between the new admin and the child, enter the new admin's phone number, and touch in the upper right corner to send an SMS message to the invited admin.
2. Target new admin: Follow the instructions in the invitation SMS message to download and install HUAWEI FamCare, register a HUAWEI ID with the phone number specified in the invitation, and log in to HUAWEI FamCare with this HUAWEI ID.
3. Touch + in the upper right corner and then I received an invitation, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete verification. Passing the verification will indicate a successful linking.
4. A successful linking means the invited member is now a common admin of the kids' watch, with the admin's phone number automatically saved to the watch's Contacts list.

Method 2: Via code scanning

1. Press the HOME button from the kids' watch home screen to enter the app list. Touch QR code or go to Settings > QR code, and the QR code will display on the screen.
2. Target new admin: Download and install HUAWEI FamCare on your phone, log in to the app with your HUAWEI ID, and touch Scan code. Scan the QR code displayed on the kids' watch screen, and specify your relationship with the child.
   

   Target new admin: If your account has been linked with another watch, you can enter the code scanning screen by accessing the home screen of HUAWEI FamCare and touching + in the upper right corner.

3. Target new admin: Follow the onscreen instructions to send a link request, and you'll be redirected to the HUAWEI FamCare app home screen.
4. Main admin: Open HUAWEI FamCare, and if you're prompted with a common admin link request, touch Agree. Alternatively, access the HUAWEI FamCare app home screen and go to Communication > Notifications > Agree. Then the common admin is successfully linked.
