Problem

An individual detection of Pulse wave arrhythmia analysis on the HUAWEI WATCH / Band fails, and a message displays asking the user to try again.

Cause

• During the measurement, the back of your watch/band may not have come into contact with the skin on your wrist (for example, the watch/band is worn too loosely, the back of your watch/band is smudged, or the watch/band is in contact with the wrist bone).
• You moved your hand or body during the measurement.
• There is much hair, tattoos, or scars on your arm.

Solution

• Wear your watch/band in the correct manner, with a snug fit, and make sure that the back of your watch/band is clean and unobstructed by foreign objects, and that the heart rate sensor on the back of your watch/band comes into contact with your skin.
• During the measurement, keep still, avoid talking, and place your arm flat on the table.
• Try wearing your watch/band on an arm without tattoos or scars. If the measurement fails multiple times in a row on the same wrist, adjust the wearing position or try wearing the watch on your other wrist.
