Problem:

Problem 1: On a HUAWEI phone/tablet purchased in the Chinese mainland, Twitter Lite is installed without installing Google Chrome. After the user opens Twitter Lite and chooses to redirect to the pre-installed browser, a message is displayed indicating that the page cannot be accessed.

Problem 2: On a phone/tablet purchased in the Chinese mainland, both Twitter Lite and Chrome are installed. After the user opens Twitter Lite, it stays on the loading screen and fails to access the home page, as shown in the following figure.

Solution:

Google Chrome services are required to use this app. Please install Google Chrome and enable the Chrome secondary launch by going to Settings > Apps & services > App launch, find Chrome and toggle on the switch, and enable Secondary launch.
