Unable to use the Ear tip fit test feature with my HUAWEI earbuds

If your HUAWEI earbuds connected to your phone do not respond after you touch CONTINUE to perform an Ear tip fit test, troubleshoot as follows:

1. Go to Settings > Apps & services > Apps, touch in the upper right corner, and select Show system processes. Search for Audio Accessory Manager, AI Life Service, and AI Life, touch Storage for each of them respectively, and touch CLEAR DATA.
2. Restore the default phone theme.
3. Open AppGallery, search for Audio Accessory Manager, and check whether it is of the latest version.
4. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the case. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the earbuds, and touch UNPAIR.
5. Keep your phone connected to a Wi-Fi network, open the charging case, and press and hold the Function button for at least 2 seconds until the indicator flashes white, which indicates that your earbuds are ready for pairing. Then connect your phone to your earbuds. If you are using a HUAWEI phone running EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later and no Wi-Fi network is available, turn on mobile data and touch the Download button in the proximity pairing prompt to install the resources.
6. Open the AI Life app, touch the earbuds' card, then touch Gestures. Check whether the animations play correctly. If so, Tip fit test works normally.
