Problem:

The user cannot print with AirPrint after updating their iPhone to iOS 17.

Cause:

This problem occurs as a result of protocol updates in iOS 17, and does not indicate an issue with the printer.

Solution:

1. Install the HUAWEI AI Life app (version 13.0.5.335 or later) and print using this app. For details, see How to print files from an iPhone using the HUAWEI AI Life app.
2. Use the WeChat mini program to print files from WeChat. For details, see How to print files from phones/tablets on a HUAWEI printer.
3. AirPrint is a printing feature in iOS. In OS versions later than iOS 16, AirPrint may not be compatible with HUAWEI printers. You can report this issue to Apple's official after-sales service. Thank you for your support.
