Problem
When the earphones are connected to a computer, the LDAC option is displayed on the sound quality settings screen but grayed out, which cannot be selected.
Cause
The computer does not support the installation of the Huawei Audio Accessory Manager app, so the earphones’ Smart HD function cannot be enabled. In this case, the Smart HD function is only enabled on the phone, and therefore the data cannot be synchronized to the computer.
Reply
This is because your computer does not support the Huawei Audio Accessory Manager app. Without this app, you cannot select the LDAC codec format on the computer.
