Problem
When the user opens a file in Files or WeChat using WPS Office PC Software Engine on a HUAWEI tablet, a message is displayed, indicating that the command cannot be executed when a dialog box is opened and asking the user to close the dialog box to try again.
Solution
You cannot open a file using WPS Office PC Software Engine when a dialog box is displayed. Please close the dialog box in the WPS Office PC Software Engine app or close the WPS Office PC Software Engine app and try again.
