Emotional wellbeing app: Link between emotions and stress
  1. Emotions are the natural response to and outward expression of a person's subjective experience and belong to a type of psychological phenomenon closely related to the person's tendencies such as wants and desires.
  2. The Emotional wellbeing app shows your emotional state (Pleasant, Neutral, and Unpleasant) and stress level (Low, Normal, Moderate, and High), which are two dimensions of emotional health.
  3. Emotional state indicates positive and negative emotions (Pleasant, Neutral, and Unpleasant). Stress level (Low, Normal, Moderate, and High) indicates how much your body, both physiologically and psychologically, is activated in response to threats, challenges, or physiological/psychological disorders.
  4. Long-term emotion and stress monitoring can show you your emotional health. Small or brief fluctuations don't indicate an actual problem. Emotional wellbeing is reflected in the ability to recover to an ideal status and adapt to your surroundings.
