Introduction to the Functions and Usage of the HUAWEI Audio Connect App

The HUAWEI Audio Connect App is an application software designed for users of Huawei Bluetooth audio devices, enabling quick connection and convenient management of Huawei earphones and eyewears . The app provides functions such as device management, sound effect settings, firmware updates, as well as knowledge services including operation guides and solutions to frequently asked questions, offering comprehensive support for users in utilizing Huawei earphones and eyewears products.

How to Download

Go to the App Store, search for the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and download and install it.

How to Add Device

Method 1: Connection via Popup Window

①.Earphones that support connection directly through the App:

  1. Open the charging case and press and hold the function button/touch control area of the charging case for 5-10 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  2. Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, (automatically) a popup window for the device will appear, tap on Connect, and the addition will be successful.

②.Earphones that do not support connection directly through the App:

  1. Open the charging case and press and hold the function button/touch control area of the charging case for 5-10 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  2. Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, (automatically) a popup window for the device will appear, tap on SETTINGS, it will redirect to the phone's settings page, tap on Bluetooth, and tap on the earphone/eyewear to successfully connect to Bluetooth.
  3. Return to the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and the addition will be successful.

Method 2: By Adding via Scanning

①.Earphones that support connection directly through the App:

  1. Open the charging case and press and hold the function button/touch control area of the charging case for 5-10 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  2. Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and tap on ADD DEVICE or the + in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the scanned device and tap on Connect,.

②.Earphones that do not support connection directly through the App:

  1. Open the charging case and press and hold the function button/touch control area of the charging case for 5-10 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  2. Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and tap on ADD DEVICE or the + in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select the scanned device, tap on SETTINGS,, it will redirect to the phone's settings page, tap on Bluetooth, and tap on the earphone/eyewear to successfully connect to Bluetooth.
  4. Return to the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and the addition will be successful.

How to Remove Device

  1. Open the HUAWEI Audio Connect App, and tap on the list icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Tap on the trash can icon on the right side of the device you wish to remove.
  3. On the Remove device popup window, tap on REMOVE.
  4. On the Note popup window, tap on SETTINGS, it will redirect to the phone's settings page, tap on Bluetooth.
  5. Tap on the icon on the right side of the device you wish to remove to enter the device page, tap on Forget This Device, and the deletion will be successful.

Function Introduction

  • Switch Device：When multiple earphones are connected, you can click on the earphone name to switch between devices.
  • Noise control：Switch Noise Cancellation Mode or Turn On/Off Awareness Mode
  • Sound Effect：You can choose related sound effects according to your preferences, or click Add Custom Sound Effect to add a custom EQ.
  • Gesture control：Customize the control functions for both the left and right earphones separately, with an optionNone to disable the earphone's touch control function.
  • Tip fit test：You can select a more suitable earplug size by tip fit test. The result is for reference only, and please base it on your actual experience.
  • Wear detection：Turn on or off Wear detection, Rest reminders , etc.
  • Find device：Supports finding earphones by playing a ringtone when Bluetooth is connected.
  • Device settings：Turn on or off Dynamic latency, Charging case tone, etc.
  • Update：Check and perform earphone firmware updates.
  • About：Check the earphone serial number and version number.
