Problem

The Microsoft account login screen is frequently displayed on the HUAWEI computer.

Cause

This issue is caused by Microsoft-related startup apps or other software.

Solution

Solution 1: Disable the startup item.

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, click Startup apps in the left pane, find Microsoft 365 Copilot, and disable it.

On Windows 10, search for "Microsoft 365 Copilot" on the Startup tab of Task Manager. (If the Startup tab is not displayed, click Details.)

Solution 2: Perform a clean boot.

Perform a clean boot and check whether the issue is caused by interference from other software.

If the issue remains unresolved

If the issue persists, back up your data in advance, record your Office account, and use F10 to restore your computer to its factory settings.
