Unable to open Microsoft Edge on my HUAWEI computer

Problem

Microsoft Edge cannot be opened on the HUAWEI computer.

Cause

After Microsoft Edge is updated to version 138.0.3351.55, there is an incompatibility issue with property settings. An earlier version can be opened properly.

Solution

1. Right-click Microsoft Edge, go to Properties > Compatibility, and deselect Run this program as an administrator and Run this program in compatibility mode for.

2. Click Apply, close Microsoft Edge, and open it again.
